💚 A WEEKLY TRAINING JOURNAL ….
The training journal allows you to take the guesswork out as every workout is laid out for you.
Each training day comes complete with illustrations of how to perform the exercise as a quick reference to save you time from having to look it up.
The training is broken into a 5 day split to allow for proper recovery between training sessions.
💪🏽 Track on a daily basis by writing down how many sets/reps/weight you completed that day as well as notes if needed for future reference.
💪🏽 Each training day ends with a burnout challenge to max you out! This is optional but it is highly encouraged to push yourself.
💪🏽 After each training session, rate that day’s workout to track your effort & jot down any necessary notes for future reference.
💪🏽 A Weekly Check-in Page will help you to reflect on the previous week, set new goals and review your WHY.
💪🏽 Easily fits into a backpack or a gym bag, so you’ll be able to take it anywhere you go.

This training journal will help you build muscle but, keep in mind that your diet will want to be optimized as well to give a boost to your muscle building efforts a.k.a – Increase protein intake to help build muscle & if you’re trying to lose fat make sure you are in a slight calorie deficit!
Simply follow the workouts as laid out for you in the workout journal / workout planner, eat right and watch your body change!
